Teshia Levy-Grant has joined Webster Bank as senior vice president, diversity and inclusion officer, reporting to Bernard Garrigues, executive vice president, chief human resources officer.
In her new role, she will be responsible for long-term planning and execution of programs aimed at promoting a diverse workforce and fostering an open and inclusive work environment. “Providing a diverse and inclusive environment is a key priority at Webster,” said Garrigues, adding, “We look forward to working with Teshia to help us advance our D&I efforts across the organization.”
Levy-Grant has served as anti-bias and diversity education program facilitator for the Anti-Defamation League of Connecticut, working with education administrators on policies and procedures regarding issues of inclusion and diversity.
