Below is our recent interview with Kaaveh Shoamanesh, CEO and Founder of Tradeout Producers:
Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: With over 21 years of experience, we are a Product Placement company that integrates brands in all forms of content including SVOD, AVOD, Linear Broadcast, Digital, Theatrical, etc.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: With Anj Handa, a career DEI Advisor featured in Forbes, we created a Diversity Equity Inclusion (DEI) Toolkit/whitepaper to provide Production Companies with an actionable plan that is reasonable for them to implement. It also includes DEI case study’s which identify the increased ROI resulting from DEI practices within an organization. In addition, we are offering to connect Production Companies with a DEI Advisor for a complimentary consultation to help tailor an action plan for their needs.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: Our DEI Toolkit, named ACTION DEI, is a semi-annual whitepaper to provide complimentary actionable tools for Hollywood and the rest of the Entertainment Industry in a way that relates to them. These tools are for are companies that don’t have a dedicated department or DEI Advisor. Hence, the majority of production companies are doing everything within their capabilities to infuse DEI actions within their company’s ethos, as a result, this is a complimentary asset for them without the initial added expense of a DEI Advisor.
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: We will be launching something that we believe to be a positive disruptor in the Entertainment Industry which will have the ability to scale rapidly. The development has been self-funded up to now; however, we will be entering a SEED round soon. We already have some investors showing interest, so we feel bright about the future.
Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: We have strong relationships within every aspect of the industry from brands, media agencies, studios, networks, streamers, production companies, distributors, and data companies and because of our experience we know how to leverage those to benefit all parties without compromising anyone’s position.
Q: Is there anything else you’d like our readers to know about your company?
A: We think of our clients ROI first/foremost and how we can provide them with the most valuable experience above all else. We iterate constantly to achieve a value-driven model.
